The location is excellent. The tram 1 minute away and very close to my family.

The room was big with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. It was clean.
It was so hot so we’ve not had a good night sleep - no fan in the room and the AC made no difference.

The cleaning ladies did not change the shower soap, there was none…the shower water just spilled into the bathroom as the glass doesn’t do a good job insulating….there was no coffee maker…you could not turn the ceiling light off, it was either all lights on or nothing…the access card malfunction…just a poor quality hotel
