A very clean apartment in a well-insulated building on a quiet street in a beautiful part of Essen! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the apartment remained cool in the hottest summer days! The host was very considerate and polite, and responded promptly at all times! Check-in and check-out were easy.

The location was great. Close to all amenities like chemists and markets, cafes, and restaurants. Train was also nearby but not working due to maintenance.
The house was comfortable. However, we found the kitchen hot and cold water balance to be troublesome. The hot water runs whether you want it or not, and it is extremely hot! Also, the bathroom door is very noisy and could use some attention. Apart from those two things, we enjoyed our stay. Loved Essen!

The owner was not ontime, the park was not good for kids, no parking (on street).

No thing at all.
Every thing, I didn't stay i can't find park for my car , and the keys were in different address also NO one answer to my calls , it was sooooo bad after 20hrs of travelling with my family, i paid money for nothing, I went to a hotel they was so nice and they gave me good discount. I don't know how i can get my money back from Griffn Properties Flora.

The property is a good value for money. Suitable for a small family and for a short stay.
As much as it is a good value for money, I think some present amenities could be better. The internet was most part very poor and the kids couldn’t even watch YouTube. Cleanliness could be better especially the bath and kitchen, plus make provision for a room key especially when one requires privacy with Missus.😂😂

Apartment owned by a company. They've choosen to spend almost no money on the apartment to put it on the rental market. So value for money. But things are very basic.
Burning hot water from the kitchen tap. The changing temperatuur of the water of the shower.

Works for any trip to the Messe! The property is a refurbished flat, same as your house would be.
The downsides are spotty internet connection and it's a short public transport trip to the hbf.

- The furniture are very old.
- According to the price, I expected more.
- The beds are not comfortable at all.
- The host does not answer when I have a question.
- Till now I have not got the invoice.

Communication with the host was terrible.he put fake number, so u can't reach him on call only through email and that takes time.
The house is okay,but I wish they could care more about their tenants and put more daily things that we need for example there was not baking paper,there was no enought toilet paper.no shampoo,toothpaste,etc just incase its sunday and we forgot to carry.the bed is not comfortable, the bedroom curtains are a disappointment .it seems like the host is stingy to spend money on decorations, and to buy furniture,TV is not smart so if u are a tourist u will not enjoy it.i mean i wish the host was more generous and put more effort on the apartment.
