Location is excellent, friendly staff and great breakfast. Interlaken guest card was provided for us. The view from the balcony was good and everything was neat and clean.
Wifi connection was breaking at the top floor where we stayed. Also the floor was too old that the footsteps can be easily heard to the other people. But for the prize the lodge provides good facilities.

Very nice hotel, few mins walk from Wilderswil station so very convenient and away from the busy Interlaken area. Very much a swiss chalet type hotel which gave this a lovely character. Felt more like staying in a big house than a hotel. Breakfast was decent and enough of variety (eggs, cereal, breads, meats & cheese, fruit etc) and replenished though crossiants were rare! The room was very big and bathroom was huge. They left 2 heart shaped Lindt chocolates for our wedding anniversay which was a lovely touch. They have lovely gardens to sit outside and enjoy breakfast or a drink. Happy to leave luggage too if you need to go anywhere.
The noise was distracting from fellow guests who walked up and down to use the shared bathroom in other rooms and also people walking on rooms above on the creaky floor sounded like they were in our room which was scary for a moment - but after the first night you get used to this - it's an old wooden hotel. Next morning a crane appeared about 7.30-8.30AM outside our window doing some maintenance on the roof - this woke us and disturbed us, it would have been nice for the hotel to inform us before or apologise afterwards. Overall though this didn't spoil our stay.

Parking..When we arrived, there was no parking spot left. We had to park at the lot behind the train station (CHF 15 per night)

Service was good, Staff wwere really nice and supportive
I booked a Twin Room as i was travelling with my wife. At the hotel on first day they told me that i booked small twin room and gave me a tiny room with beds in different conrners of the room. that was unpleasent. But they offered me a room change for the next day. that was nice from them, but 1st day experience was not good.
