Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed walking around the lake during the morning and star gazing at night. The room was very clean and provided us with a relaxing place to enjoy vacationing.

it’s very clean and it include simple breakfast items. there is a small kitchenette to make some quick meals if you choose to do so. otherwise bread, yoghurt, milk (we asked for oat milk and the host was very nice to swap it for us), cereal, fresh fruits were all included. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

A very comfortable unit close Queenstown and Arrowtown. Nice comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities.

Location is excellent for being close enough to Queenstown to take advantage of activities, restaurants, etc. but far enough away that the nights are quiet and undisturbed. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was great: large enough for both shower and tub, double sinks, instant hot water and big fluffy towels. Perfect when you come back from a day in the cold and snow. Heat pump kept the room toasty warm. Quite a generous continental breakfast was provided in the room.

A light outside the door to the room that we could switch on. Was very dark coming back in the evening and we had to use flashlight to see to open the lock. We could see that that there were light fixtures outside the garage, but the switch seemed to be controlled in the main part of the lodge. Also a larger mat outside front door: both because the tiles were very slippery after the rain, and to dry our shoes before walking on the carpet in the room.

Host was very friendly. Bed extremely comfortable. Very quiet location and close to lake.

The marketing needs to change so that the accommodation is not sold as luxury, with cooked breakfasts and lake views. It is a lovely room and very peaceful, but more "comfortable bed and continental breakfast supplied in your room".

Great selection for breakfast. All fresh and neatly set out. Host very friendly and obliging...couldn't fault it. Better than the hotel we stayed in. Great personal touch.

We liked the size of the room and the bathroom. Very private. Very nice hosts who were lovely to deal with.

The electric jug did not work when we went to make cup of tea.

Nice large private suite with large bathroom and laumdry. Eggs, bread, fruit and cereal provided for breakfast. Very friendly host who met us when we arrived and then gave us our privacy for the rest of our stay. Right on the edge of Lake Hayes and walking distance to Amisfield

Booking.com and the in room information mentioned an outside spa pool but this was not mentioned to us during our stay but that may have been due to Covid

Breakfast was superb, stunning view from the dining table overlooking a beautiful garden and lake Hayes. The hostess, Jasmine, was very friendly and helpful.

No free bikes, no lake view, room need upgrade.

Jasmine, our host, is lovely and made our stay a pleasure. The breakfast was great and the location is superb. I would be happy to stay here again.

Our room was quite basic and could probably do with an update or makeover when the tourist business improves. Watching baby rabbits at play out of the bedroom window was entertaining.
