Superb

It was a great place for us. Right by the sea with a nice beach. You have to get used to the noise of the stream and the stairs leading to the cottage. But it gave us a lot of privacy away from the crowds of tourists. We want to go back there

Very peasant :)

Beautiful 200 years old stone house 15 meters from the sea. It has a nice terrace (in shade whole day, perfect for the family with small kids) and cute yard surrounded with stone walls. Overall very private, a huge plus, and has a basic outdoor shower. Beds are very comfortable but unfortunately a bit short for tall people. There is a beautiful pebbled beach 2 minutes walk down the path below the house (with huge rock midway perfect for chill :) Long ago this house was used as a mill since there is a steady stream next to it. This means a few things: 1) you have a beautiful stream that you follow down the path to the sea and enjoy looking at it joining mother water 😁 2) if you like streams and are very enthusiastic about it you can find a nice spot in it 😁 3) it brings a nice chill overnight, we didn't use AC at all, to be honest 4) you can hear it all the time As for the utilities you have everything mentioned on booking.com Internet speed is steady 4.5Mbps 😁 Appreciate it, you're on vacation anyway, hopefully 😁 For parking you have two options: 1) free open parking 15 minutes away, over the above-mentioned beach, near Villas Plat 2) parking for one car reserved for your house, 15 minutes walk up the stairs next to the house (there are resting benches along the way, shade here and there but lots of figs to enjoy if you come in September :) Not sure if there is a shop in Plat but in any case, you'll need to walk to you car to buy stuff. I usually went to Srebreno (5-10 minute ride in Dubrovnik direction) where you can find a small mall with supermarkets and stuff. All communication with hosts was great and easy going. For us overall experience was great. If you are looking for relaxing environment you'll find it here.

Loved it!

We loved our stay in Olive Mill. It's cozy and has a peaceful garden with an outdoor shower. The beach is just a couple of meters away and it was not a lot of people there. The aircondition was super and the Wifi ok. We got a lot of exorcise walking the many stairs up and down to the appartment. The many many stairs could be a problem for a person with bad knee or legs. If we return sometime we would have our luggage in backpacks.

Peaceful Quiet and Relaxing

This property is in a lovely secluded location which is very peaceful and relaxing. We had a lovely holiday here, one of the best we've had, and would consider returning. The photographs of the garden area don't do it justice. The stream running alongside the property adds to the calming atmosphere. We didn't really venture to any of the other areas around the bay and only visited Dubrovnik once because we were content to be around the house and on the lovely beach. The beach adjacent to the property is quiet and the property is situated down steep stairs away from the main road which preserves the away from everything atmosphere. The apartment was lovely and clean and Carmen most helpful. I was pleased to be away from all shops, traffic and crowds on beaches. It is often difficult to find such places in August.

We were advised to hire a car on arrival as there was only one shop in the hotel at the end of the beach which was expensive. We didn't and caught the bus to Milni a couple of times to shop but the bus was 54 HK each way for three of us. The stairs down to the property didn't bother us but could be difficult for others.
