Gorgeous hotel, filled with both old world charm and modern conveniences. Every single detail was so well thought out and in harmony with the style of the hotel- from the elegant but never stuffy furnishings, to the calm colors and lighting. Even the shampoo and soap smells were lovely.
Not a thing. We would stay here again, anytime. The staff were all warm and helpful.

The location was beautiful, the design of the hotel was charming, and the bed was very comfortable.
It was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to relax. This was particularly disappointing as it was the night before our wedding, and despite informing the staff, nothing special was done to accommodate us. Some of the staff was also rude not all — one even barged in while my wife was getting ready, which was unacceptable. They didn’t allow us any flexibility with checkout (10am feels far too early), and privacy and heat in the room were also issues.
