The pool is cool and the view fantastic

we got a room with jacuzzi... the suprise was the lack of privacy, the jacuzzi in pictures shows a nice outdoor view, and yes its outside the room, but not in a private terrace, deck or balcony, it faces a hall through which all the other guests walk by

Scenery, friendly staff, good food, good place to relax, good pool area, the water was the perfect temperature.

More information on the facilities when you check in would be useful.

Booked last minute to stay for a night in Guatapé after day trip. Didn’t spend long time in the hotel but enjoyed our short stay. Only few breakfast choices but tasted delicious, also great coffee and hot chocolate! Wish we could have stayed longer because place was so chill and beautifully located. Amazing views from rooms / pool / restaurant terrace.

Didn’t stay long enough to find any faults. Simple but nice room.

The pool was great, the view was amazing.

The bedroom was very basic and dirty. Old bedding with a yellow tint.

Everything was excellent, the view expectacular, good hotel.

Transport was organized by the hotel! For security reasons , we asked them to book a taxi driver to pick us up at Medellin! They charged 850.000 PESOS! 3 times more than a usual taxi driver would take - which we found out later, when a casual restaurant owner booked our drive back to the airport! And after asking them how this is possible they denied that this is in their responsibility. And they kept working with the same taxi driver who denied as well, that he took 850K from us. Even so one of the staff of the hotel was watching and listening while we paid the driver , when arriving!! As well, when leaving the hotel, they wanted to charge us for smoking in the room. Which is ridiculous! We only smoked on our Terrasse! Which they allowed, but afterwards criticized as now the room would smell like smoke. We got a different room, than expected. Breakfast was not half as good as expected. Only Kellogg's and some fruits and eggs.
