I love this hotel!!! The staff was absolutely wonderful!!! They were so kind, welcoming, and hospitable!!! They made every effort to make our stay memorable!!! I loved the rooms, the pool, the rooftop space and view?!!! ALL SPLENDID!!! We didn’t have time to visit the restaurant, but next time for sure!!! The grounds are picturesque and take you through a wonderful scenic walk through a beautiful jungle rainforest. Please visit!!! You won’t regret it!!!
I didn’t like that the hotel is setup to pay upon arrival ONLY! I booked the room with Priceline via the Affirm platform (App) to pay over time, but when I noticed on the confirmation that payment must be made upon arrival, I immediately contacted Priceline for assistance. I was guided through the process of generating an Affirm card that you can use for purchases like a credit card and I added it to the reservation to pay for the room upfront. Or so I thought!!! But when I arrived to check-in at Prana payment for the room was expected by the hotel front desk clerk. It was a complete mess!!! No one could help me though the front desk clerk was a complete angel and tried EVERYTHING to help me, as I didn’t bring my credit card just in case. When I called Affirm for help I was, THEN, informed that Mexico was disqualified from receiving payment via Affirm, because the hotels payment due upon arrival protocol “overrides” everything else. So, please, READ your confirmation!!! Even if the hotel shows up in your results as an option for booking, and/or even if you go through a third party to book your hotels BEWARE when you make/secure hotel accomodations. The hotels statements/policies TRUMP the deck!!! Whatever the hotel property states in the confirmation concerning payment for hotel rooms goes!!!

La grande chambre avec une petite piscine privée sur la terrasse était fabuleuse !
Le personnel était très sympathique (mention spéciale pour Julo qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner).
L’hôtel est très calme et toutes les commodités sont présentes pour se reposer et s’éloigner de l’agitation de Tulum.
Pas grand chose.
Peut être améliorer le petit déjeuner : il est très bon mais nous n’avions le droit qu’à un plat parmi le menu (pas forcément de jus compris), on peut rester sur sa faim.

The location was very convenient to pick up our rental car 😀
We were housed on the ground floor, however we had to listen to all the toilets flushing above us all night ….:-)
Someone above was wearing wooden sole shoes that were very loud early in the morning…

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Vor allem der Poolbereich und der Rooftop sind wirklich schön.
Es handelt sich um das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich seit Jahren war. Das schlimmste gleich vorweg: Dusche und Toilette sind mitten im Raum und nicht durch eine Tür vom Zimmer getrennt. Man schaut also dem Mitbewohner (was bei einem Pärchen egal ist beim) Duschen zu und hört und riecht jeden Toilettengang. Das Fahrstuhl war defekt. Der Pool nicht geheizt. Wir haben eine Stunde (nach offizieller Check-In-Zeit) auf das Check-In warten müssen (es gab nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung). Es waren keine Polsterung auf den Liegen am Pool. Es gab keine Badvorleger, so dass alles nass wurde.

L’hôtel est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos (les photos de booking ne met pas assez en valeurs l’hôtel ). La propreté des chambres, les piscines sur le toits et dans la cours sont top pour se relaxer. L’hôtel est situé en centre ville , idéal lors de votre arrivée à tulum, il y a un super marché juste en face, ce qui est très pratique et il y a un tas de cafés autour.

Ambiance in the hotel is lovely. Inner garden gives you a "oasis" feeling. Pool (in the garden) was also nice, albeit not enough sunbeds available to cater for the size of the hotel.
Staff is not particularly helpful and does not speak English to understand the request / question, e.g. I asked to borrow a wine bottle opener and it took two staff members and eventually a Google translator for them to understand what I was asking for. Then I was sent to the pool bar to talk to a very rude barman who was clearly not happy with the audacity of me asking to borrow his "broken" bottle opener. What sort of bar does not have a wine bottle opener!? Bar woman in the pool bar was far more helpful and friendly next day when i had the same request. We stayed in room with terrace and private plunge pool. The room was very dark - I had to use my phone as a torch to find clothes in the wardrobe! Little kitchenette had very limited crockery / cutlery available, i.e. there are two small frying pans but no pot or kettle available - had to use frying pan to boil water for tea. There was virtually no sound insulation in our room, was woken up by outside noise every morning. There were couple of electricity outings over our stay, which is probably anticipated. However, the hotel's generator seemed like it was literally next door as the noise was terrible. It is fair to say that there was no sleeping after that was on in the middle of the night.

Las instalaciones están bien, tuve falla con el jacuzzi en la habitación y no lo resolvieron hasta el siguiente día, el desayuno estuvo bueno pero siento que es caro al nada mas ofrecer el platillo fuerte y café ... Estaría bien si integrarán fruta y un panecillo. Como sugerencia estaría padre que el restaurante tuviera servicio en el jarrón y no nada mas en la pecera, encerrados ya que tienen bonitas instalaciones con área verde tropical divinas.
El personal de recepción nada accesibles ni resolutivo, no hay calidad de atención, se ve que tienen poco personal al servicio. La atención en recepción de Rosy y Baimar no fue excelente ni buena si no REGULAR cero resolutivos y la atención muy por debajo de mis otras experiencias en ese mismo hotel. La UNICA PERSONA QUE FUE MUY EFICIENTE Y PRODUCTIVA FUE EL CHICO DE LA LIMPIEZA DEL CUARTO GERONIMO EXCELENTE ACTITUD AL REALIZAR EL SERVICIO.
No me gusto que no tengan el servicio de alimento en la habitación y ni restaurante en área de aire libre.

I liked that the property was a lot more modern then what the pictures show.
1.I didn’t like the room formation. In no pictures does it show that there is no door to the bathroom.
2. When housekeeping comes in they touch all your stuff. They move around things, my mother “lost” as they say glasses and a Apple Watch.
3. You cannot dirty any of their towels or robes or they will charge you. My sister was charged for a drink spill on a towel and I was going to be charged for makeup getting on the robe. I say going to be charged because first they said a robe was missing, then they said oh no it was just dirty. I said if I’m paying for it then I will take it. They all of a sudden said it was fine they will dismiss it.

Property has beautiful interior Garden that makes you feel your rooms are close to nature, has a beautiful view from the rooftop, everything was very clean and all decoration suit the environment, personal was friendly and attentive

Tout était parfait !
Le personnel est aux petits soins ; merci à Rosi, Anahi et Rulo (qui parle français et donne pleins de bons conseils sur les choses à voir / à faire) !
L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre mais au calme et les plages sont à 15 min vélo.
L’endroit est très propre et moderne.
La piscine très agréable et les cocktails sont tops.
La Wifi fonctionne très bien, la télévision permet de regarder Netflix, YouTube etc…
Je recommande fortement cet établissement, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Pas de porte manteau pour les serviettes de toilettes
Pas de porte papier toilette
Lavabo au milieu de l’îlot près de la cafetière à café sans possibilité de mettre les trousses de toilettes et pas de miroir

Excellent stylish hotel and rooms, spacious, all news and perfectly clean.
Small practical details are missing - like some hooks or hangers for the towels in the shower area. Also rooms are not so sound proof - can hear neighbours or people in the street, barking dogs at night.

As staff notices we were tourists, they wanted to charge more money than usual. And these weren't even mexicans! so very bad image.
The hotel is very far from the beach. Without a car, taxi or bike is wasn't possible to reach the beach.

Due to water supplies issues, the owner/chair of the hotel proposed to change to another hotel of similar category, with similar conditions (breakfast, hot tub in the terrace, terrace, etc). Certainly, the conditions, included breakfast were inferior compared with the hotel we paid for.
