Very modern and spacious room, clean facilities. Close to many bars and restaurants but keep in mind otherwise there is not too much happening in Tulum city center.
Was a bit hard to find, no 24/7 front desk service, staff was not easy to reach by message either. Suddenly at 10pm it got veeeery noisy from the bar across the street.

Lovely big room with very big comfy bed. Air con was great because Tulum was very hot!
Location excellent. Right round the corner from a fantastic salsa bar which was great for us as we loved going here but you can hear their music from the rooms which goes on until midnight ish but this didn’t bother us as we were there until the music finished anyway!
Pool a little small.
