Location is good, a few step walking to Maya and One Nimman. Big room with bedrooms and pantry, clean, air con work, suit for family trip

Not a Hotel, no service as a hotel. Pool is terrible. Out of service. Corridor have no lights. Almost dark at night. Bad smell in the room at arrival moment. Marketing photo is look too good than the actual.

The location was not bad , and not far from airport

the pool looked green and dirty , I would not want to swim in it and no staff to meet you at reception, everything done over the phone , no personal touch with that . if it was not for me knowing someone in Chiang Mai , I would not have known where to print our boarding passes for next days flight .

Close, but no cigar. Dont appreciate being lied to.

- i had an issue with warm water, they fixed that quickly after i contacted them. - the location is great, very close to maya mall and nimman area. - its quiet here. We didnt hear any noise apart from the airplanes. - some of the features are luxurious even if its a bit old. - kitchen was very nice, lots of equipment. Huge fridge. - very big shower, nice bathroom. - cool LED lights - comfortable beds - there is a washing machine in the apartment, that was a nice surprise. - no problem parking - They have a waiting room, where u can keep your luggage

-- They flat out lied about the swimming pool being closed for maintenance. It was so dark green, dirty and locked up. Other tenants told me it has been closed for months. - there was alot of mold in the bathroom ceiling and on the shower curtain. - the information sent up front about the lock-pin and wifi was outdated. Had to call them to get correct information. - They are charging both new tenants and previous tenants for the same cleaning. 600 thb when u arrive, 600 thb when u leave. - there is no wifi in the bedroom, only in the living room. - There are 2 TV's. The one in the living room has thai channels, but it's blinking every 5 seconds. The one in master bedroom is not connected to anything. None of the TV's are smart.

Location is good

The place is neglected from communal areas to the flat itself. In the morning we found that there was no electricity and we had to get ready in the darkness. Do yourself a favour and just go for the hotel that has a reputation to maintain as these guys don't care about you the moment they get your cash.

Unpleasant Stay.

Location. And size of apartment.

Untrustworthy owner: didn't honor price negotiation for extended stay which was requested on messages. Dark hallway. Swimming Pool was not maintained. Had to pay electric and water - it should be written upfront at time of booking. No place to hang towel in bathroom. No electrical outlet in bathroom.

Chiang Mai is a city with a lot of option for accomodations. I will not go back .

location near Maya center and transportation. two bedrooms condo

- They ask for the full paiement in cash. (seem shady). - They should include the extra fees in the first amont because you are oblidge to wait for them the after your arrival (for them to collect paiement) AND the day you leave because they ask you for a 1500 bath deposit and the give you back the money you havent spent on electricity. - No diner table - Sofa’s back cushion broken - Ants the first day (was handle quickly by the staff)

Spacious apartment in a nice area.

Located right next to the Maya Shopping Mall and nice area. Spacious apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Parking available.

Building needs refresh. Beware that it is 10~15 min cab ride from old town (if that’s where you want to spend most of your time).

5 minutes walk to Maya Shopping Mall

Got washing machine for us to do laundry.

Even though got kitchen and kitchenette, but the exhaust fan is not functioning.

A DEFINITE NO GO

THE TAXI DRIVER WAS ON TIME. THE VENUE WAS CENTRAL

THE APARTMENT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE. THE POOL WAS DIRTY. LINEN ON THE BED WAS OF POOR QUALITY. IT WAS NOISY ALL NIGHT. THE NEXT-DOOR NEIGHBOUR APPEARED TO BE SQUATTING AND WAS HEARD SCREAMING AT 6AM ON A REGULAR BASIS. ON OTHER OCCASIONS I FOUND HIM LYING IN THE PASSAGEWAY IN HIS UNDERWEAR.TV DIDNT WORK HAD IT RAINED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE DISTRACTION THE OWNER WAS AWARE BUT NEVER FIXED IT.

Simple, clean, budget rooms

We loved the location of the suite and the amenities around it. There were coffee shops, restaurants, access to transit etc.

There were a couple of problems. First, when we checked in, we were given the wrong code for the lockbox. That meant we were in a hot hallway trying to get into the room. It took a while to get into the room and get settled. Second, a couple of weeks before we came, we were informed that we would have to pay for water and electrical. We were not informed of that before booking. We were definitely charged a "farang" rate for electrical and water. The pool has seen better days, as has the entire building, but for the cost, it was a decent place to stay for our family.

Very good

The room was comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it was fresh renovated so no comparison to the building itself.

TV had no antenna and at least my devices did not connect to screenshare. But Maya Mall is very near and you can buy a relative cheap Internet TV stick or better bring your own from home.

Bad business!!!

The bed is soft and comfortable.

It was stated on the booking there was internet, thier was not! Also stated Thierry was a TV 📺, it did not work! When I tried to explain the problem a older female employee yalled at me in anger! The hallway walls were extremely dirty! Paint was pealing off the woodwork in the toilet room, sheets were stained! It was vary embarrassing for me when my friends and family came to visit and complained about the poor dirty condition of the hotel and advised me to find somewhere else, when the reason I got the place was to empress them! Nothing looked like the advertised clean and white photos on the internet and had to f9ile a complaint with the authorities with charges of false advertising/fraud! I showed maintenance how filthy the shower curtain was and they had to take it away but, never replaced it and as a result I slipped and fell on the wet floor that could have been prevented by a shower Curtain if it was replaced!

affordable stay close to MAJA shopping center

the location was good, 2 minutes walk close to MAJA shopping center the apartment was well equipped with all u need incl washing machine

it is located in a abitrundown condo, with noisy cat fights at night and bugs running around the pool (once it was open) had a very high dosage of chlorine that would probably help to get rid of tattoos (the pix in the advert are very well photo shopped) some of the electric facilities in the apartment weren’t working (wlan had many failures, some of the fans and lighting didn’t work) not really space to hang the laundry

Nice condo but noisy environment

The property is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is big and nice. The host is responsive to emails.

It is very noisy when open the windows. It is not far from the airport. The plane flies over many times a day. The noise from MAYA shopping mall air conditioner group, the cars on the road. The air conditioner in the master bedroom is noisy. There is only a small table and two chairs in the living room. Both sofa and chairs were uncomfortable. Poor lighting in the living room.

over all it was ok, the problems 1- no early check in as we deal 2- the transparent walls of bathroo

I asked for an early check in, and arrived like 12 pm but the apartment wasn't ready yet and wait for it like 2 hrs

The bath room has no bolt, and the walls are transparent, so it was to hard to take a shower or use the toilet the time my friend were be in the room

the condo was basically clean but had a bad odor. when I investigated I found old food and empty bottles under the sofa

the property is in a good location if you want to be by shopping.

They condo building is very sketchy and there was always trash there n the hall.

the location was good and the apartment was well stocked and clean

The A/C in one of the bedrooms didn’t work well. We had one price given from booking.com and another price when we arrived which was 900 BHT more expensive. we were told 500 was for cleaning but no-one cleaned the apartment while we were there. The owner was verging on rude and the experience tarnished our stay.
