GOOD! BUT NEEDS JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE THOUGHT ,

nice appartment in a great position very close to old town sq clean and well equiipped ,gain access by a code and key box , nice shower and warm water and quiet at night,

i found the bed uncomfortable and a strange choice of bedding as well ? also the WIFI was not the best and no sigh with WIFI code to be found in fact no imformation or contact number in english at all ? and also TV was very old with a poor choice of cnannels ,

Very good

Location was great, close to Old Town, nice view, spacious apartment.

Bathroom was quite dusty, And when I went to take a shower, I found someone else's hair in a towel and in the shower.

great location lovely apartment, cosy and warm

bed very squeaky, makes noise every time you turn over. screws need tightening up. water in shower not very hot.

Poznan is a lovely city and if I visit again I will book the Cocorico Apartments for my stay .

The apartment was perfect . It had everything we needed for a short break . Originally I was going on my own but my daughter decided to come with me. Lovely old building close to 2 restaurants which we tried. I would definitely stay in these apartments again.

When I originally booked it was to see the Christmas market but when I arrived the main market square which looked beautiful in the photos was a building site so it took the shine of the trip. This work is ongoing over the next year and will impact the stay .

The apartment was fantastic, easy to get the keys, good communication with the owner, really well located right near the main square. It was super clean, modern and cosy with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again!

We liked the location - everywhere we wanted to it go was pretty close to. We liked the Apartment - very clean, cozy, nice with a bit unexpected and great view to outside :) Although we haven't met Landlords, the service was perfect with easy contact. We liked flowers on the table - as they've been there as per pictures on the Add :) We even liked old fashion, narrowing wooden stairs going up to Apartment. If chance comes - we will come back, for sure!

...just the construction & road works of the Market Quare were a bit annoying, but hopefully next time it will be gone for good.

Great choice for Poznan!

Great location in the middle of Poznan! Located in a beautiful old building in the city centre, nearby all hotspots. Everything was really clean & as a welcome gift there we bottles of water. Got everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Poznan!

Cozy room in central location!

Cozy room in central location, cute interior design, well equipped kitchen even though its small. We felt extremely comfortable. We left a phone charger in the apartment after check-out and the owner send it via mail to our home. Thank you!

Wasn't clear from the description, that all 4 people sleep in one room and two people on a pull-out sofa, if you book the apartment for 4 people. (In the description it said two double-beds.) Other than that we asked to leave our bags in the apartment after check-out, but the owner never answered my messages.

good value accommodation in a good location.

Very nice location. Accommodation was fine.

Stairs to apartment are not suitable for older persons. A microwave in the kitchen would be good. it would have ben nice to meet the hosts.

Very good location for a good price. Nice and large flat, well equipped for a short stay.

Very small bathroom (not the most convenient with a small child), and surprising to see a real bed and no baby bed for our 1.5 year old... It seems that Booking.com is not really giving the age information when booking! (We had previous similar experiences.) The flat is a bit noisy at night (due to the location).
