Stylish and beautiful rooms each based on one of the four elements, in an excellent location for exploring Arezzo. Gaby was a terrific host, friendly and helpful, and provided an excellent breakfast with a huge range of choices.

Thee location was excellent if you want to be right in the center of town, you can walk everywhere. She was fantastic at welcoming us in and arranging the parking. The host was lovely, very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. One of the cleanest places we have stayed at - it was spotless!
It was pretty small, and the street noise was pretty l.oud but it was the weekend.

B&B is beautiful, breakfast was delicious. Gaby was a great host. She helped us a lot even when we had problems in traffic on the way to Arezzo. Location of the &B is perfect. It is worth to visit Arezzo, warmly recommended.

The B & B via Roma 25 was a very comfortable and beautiful place to spend the night, the room was extremely clean to a very high standard… it is in a great location!!! I’ll look forward to returning some day and will definitely stay here again.

Great location and worked well for us but wasn't a B&B and it is worth pointing this out to others. It worked for us!

Gabriella was charming, accomodating and had good advice. A very warm and happy person. She was the owner. A very safe place and Ideal location. The building was a 1930's, Deco era structure with all new room fixtures. Lighting was extra perfect, a desk to work at if needed and pleanty of closet space. We would stay there again without hesitation and look forward to doing so.
It was perfect. I liked everything. No bad comments. Great breakfast.

The best of the 5 hotels I used during this road trip. It was a last minute booking and when we arrived everything was pristine and the extra bed already made. Elena was a darling and provided us with an emergency contact if we needed anything during the night. It is a pity that I could not stay longer but n Arezzo because the location of the B&B is sensational. Grazie!

The room is spacious and the bathroom also.
Well located near Corso Italia.
Host recommended us good restaurant in town.
There is a parking 200m of the hotel, just before ZTL zone.
The host adapted kindly to our arrival hour.
We did not know that we had to book the breakfast before and it was not said during check in neither.
