The location was fine. We were pleased with the fridge and the beds. The bathroom was definitely an asset.
I didn't like the fact there was no information on two dogs running around the yard. There may be guests who are not particularly fond of dogs and this stressed me out a bit. We couldn't enjoy the fire the way wanted because there were hungry dogs around begging for sausages. We couldn't eat the roasted sausages sitting down because the dogs made it impossible. So if you're planning a stay there and eat sausages outside, make sure you feed the dogs too. Besides I was a bit stressed leaving and getting to the property because if you don't know someone's dogs, you never know what to expect. Luckily we were staying there for just two days. The other things is there is no privacy when you want to spend time outside. The owner's windows overlook the yard so you're under surveillance. Besides, the guests from the other two "rooms" also want to use the yard (which is fine) but you're hardly on your your own and, willy-nilly, observed. And finally, the car parking place. When we got there, there was one place. But when we took the car for a while the next day, our place was taken on our arrival so we were confused as where to leave the car. To sum it up, it was not the stay I'd originally wanted. But for the car and spending time out, this would have been a disaster.
