Exceptional
Great villa for larger groups or families, ca 10. min taxi ride outside of Split old town. The property is located at the end of the street next to nature for maximum privacy. The host Mario was amazing and super friendly. I can definitely recommend Villa Pia!

Will never stay again in this property.
Cleanliness
Everything, construction all around hopeless view. Very old construction of Vila, Wrong address, access to the vila is poor, broken mosquito nets, drainage doesn't work. It was mentioned there are two pools however there was only 1 pool. Overall not good experience.

Top tier villa 👌
Everything about this villa was amazing, kept clean, grate view, very spacious, grate facilities, friendly and helpful owerns, easy to get around and so much more.
A few of the plastic cups provided had cracks in them which caused them to leak.

The villa was spotless . The arrangements at start and end of rental were excellent and allowed to stay all day at the end as flight was 10pm. Warm and welcoming . Spacious bedrooms and comfy beds with fresh beautiful linen . The owners brother even came and secured outdoor furniture when a storm arrived . Great location and use of a car was nice extra . Taxi from airport is 150 kuna - driver and his wife were lovely . Would highly recommend this accommodation . Split was gorgeous as was our trip to the waterfalls . Special meal enjoyed at Intrada in Kastella as recommended by Evanka our taxi driver .
Kitchen not fully equipped for self catering as not enough selection or oven tray / grill pan or frying pan. No microwave . Plugs in kitchen on ground floor didn’t work and shower in upstairs was temperamental at times though an engineer was offered we didn’t bother to trouble him . It would be good to have an information folder about local area and things to do as well as restaurants recommended

Very good
Our group of 9 from Singapore stayed 3 nights in Villa Pia. Our host Mr Ante was very hospitable and ensure our stay is a memorable one. He has personally prepared a bbq dinner for us (of course we paid separately for this) and in one of the nights, we asked him how to order KFC as we can’t speak croatian. Within 30 mins, Ante was at our doorstep with a full set of KFC dinner, we were impressed! Thank you Ante for making our stay a memorable one!
