The apartment was clean, cozy, and very well equipped, including A/C. Free parking was available behind the building, which was very convenient. The host was friendly and welcoming and waited for us to hand over the keys. We had a very pleasant stay, I would rate 10/10.
However, the apartment is managed by a property management company, and unfortunately they ignored several of my requests to provide an invoice for my business stay. The invoice eventually arrived, but the process was unnecessarily difficult. If I were the owner, I would seriously consider changing the management company.

Extremely neat and clean and comfortable beautiful apartment with nice facilities and great location. The owner is extremely nice lady.
The property owner is an old lady. A very nice, loving and humble lady. However, it is not managed by her directly. An agency is managing it for her and that company isn't well supportive nor does they respond to your messages well in time. I requested for late check-in time and didn't know that the late check-in isn't possible. Unfortunately, our train to Zagreb got delayed and we arrived late night with my 2 kids late at night. Despite calling on the contact number, that I got upon booking, nobody didn't bothered to respond nor did they even responded to my request by any mean that what should I do in case of late check-in and whom to contact.
We paid for 2 nights stay. So, one night payment went just in vain and got wasted as we didn't even actually checked-into the apartment that night and had to find another hotel nearby and had then checked in the next day. The agency should have conveyed to us the lady's/ owner's personal contact number by then. We checked-in the next day, then. That time upon contacting the number given, the agency guy refused to refund the payment for the night that just went in vain and said their check-in wasn't a 24 hrs check-in service. But anyway...... the guy still asked me a silly question "if you want, you can check in today"...... I said, what do you mean by if I want? I definitely would because I paid for that, you accepted and recieved the payment. So, we checked-in then. There we met the owner lady who was extremely nice and humble loving lady. We really felt sorry for her that the agency is ruining her property's reviews and reputation.
Moreover, the bad thing about property is that you had to leave the key all the time with you along and when you are gonna check-out you had to leave the key on the table in the apartment and lock the door behind you.
