Not so great small like a three star hotel room booked 3 nights stayed only 2 wouldn't recommend.

Condo was directly across the street from the village, easy access to mountain, shops, and restaurants. Indoor parking below the building made for an easy loading and unloading experience. Outdoor pool and hot tub were fun for the kids. Condo was clean and well kept.

Washcloths? Dirty (yellowed) shower curtain. No water pressure in the shower (dirty...needs cleaned?) Towels were to be included. To me that means washcloths, hand towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels. There were only 4 bath towels. I inquired about them and was told the cleaner was gone for the day. They told me I could buy some and they would reimburse me or the cleaner could bring them by first thing in the morning. I couldn't find anything open nor knew where to go to buy anything. When we left the condo at 9:30 in the morning we still did not have anything. In the afternoon we received a message that the towels were in the room. We received two hand towels. two kitchen dish rags and 1 bath towel. I specifically inquired about washcloth and was told after the delivery that they did not have washcloths. The interior shower curtain was yellowed at the bottom and needs to be replaced. It was gross. The shower head had no water pressure. Probably because it needed to be cleaned with vinegar. Several of the holes had no water coming out of them. Was I supposed to clean the shower head since I had to pay a cleaning fee? The tub did not have non-slip stickers or mat. I slipped while getting into the shower and hurt my shoulder by catching myself. There are multiple outlets that did not work by holding the plugs. We were told there would be a second key card in the room and there was not. The unit is outdated and needs updating.

Super cute condo! Bob was quick to respond to all my questions, and there was no trouble with the mailed keycard and getting into the building. Also super convenient to be able to park in the garage under the building. Had some trouble with the tv connection, and the lights/outlets in the bedroom weren't working, but other than that, the condo was clean, bright, and roomy. Great view from the living room, and the front door opens to a hallway with another big window facing the other side of the village, which was also very nice. About 20 minutes from Manchester and Mt Equinox, and the car ride anywhere was beautiful. Access to a pool and 2 hot tubs that you are free to go to anytime. Even though Stratton is mainly known as a ski village, I definitely think this condo is a great place to stay at any time of the year for any couple or family looking to explore VT!

The place was exactly what we needed. It was within walking distance from restaurants and bars. The owner was incredibly responsive to any request. Great place!

The family enjoyed our weekend at this property, just across the street from Stratton Village with shops and eateries. Great view of the other lodges behind the Long Trails House from this 4th floor. Outdoor pool and hot tubs and seating area. Private parking with elevator very convenient. Would definitely recommend.
