Location is great, not very far from the main market square "Stary Rynek" in Bydgoszcz, you have some restaurants, groceries stores and beautiful park near by. The street where apartment building was standing has low traffic so it is quiet. The sound proofing was very good (have not heard any sounds from any neighbors), I could only hear when someone took the staircase, nothing bothering at all. The lobby and staircase area was clean, beautiful and well kept with sensor lights on every floor. The view from the window was pointing to courtyard which looked actually great, clean and well maintained.
The apartment itself (studio) was clean, well maintained and with all necessary things to stay as a solo traveler for couple of days or more. It has little kitchen with cooktop, sink, a kettle, fridge with a freezer, plates, cups and cutlery. You have a closet to store your clothes or things. Bathroom is a separate room with shower cabin and a top loader washing machine (which for some reason was not working properly)
Internet was very poor and slow even though the signal was good. Sometimes it was disconnecting. I personally used my phones mobile data instead and shared a hotspot to my laptop.
Washing machine which did not worked as intended. After waiting for almost two hours to wash my clothes I ended up with wet not washed clothes. I had a feeling that the washing machine drum was not spinning at all during the whole cycle, and I definitely did not exceed the weight limit. I sent a text message to the host explaining the situation ~30 hours before I had to check out but did not get any answer or help which was the most frustrating moment during my whole stay. Luckily I found a place with laundromats 5 minutes away by foot from the apartment which saved by day.
