Mr. Brijesh, the manager in the property was very humble and respectfully treated me and my driver. The other waiters/waitress were well trained and carrying the training provided by the top managment
It was a unplanned trip at my end and guard at the hotel stopped me at the gate for 10-15 minutes. However, Mr. Brijesh did explain me the reason for it. I am okay now

Location, staff
The fixtures in the rooms were old and barely functional. The geyser did not work most of the time.

La posizione, il lodge, sentirsi come ribaltati in un altro tempo e mondo, accoglienza, ospitalità e disponibilità

Few Staff were really good. They are keeping good name.
Safari quality excellent & naturalist was good.
Food is bad
Less variety
No fun elements for kids
Lounge area sofa covers were not clean
No proper food menu
Order being taken on a small hand diary
Staff more interested in telling what they can't give.
Pool was not working.
Food packing for safari was not Taj level. Very poor.
Manager on the first encounter told us we can't give you food as per your choice, he kept on reiterating about fixed & limited food menu.
