The room was in good condition and the location was great. The value for what you get is good. The room rate came with free breakfast.
The aircon never got the room to a comfortable temperature. Not many channels on tv.

The location, ambience,security,facilities, cleanliness and friendly,helpful staff !!!
Breakfast was exceptional and hygienic!
Rooms were spacious and pest free!!!
Soundproofing needs to improve--you can hear noises from other rooms as well as from outside!!
They don't replenish coffee,tea sachets like other hotels!!
Bathroom amenities aren't replenished!
Cable TV was poor !! Some rooms had YouTube Premium but not much else !!
The swimming pool could do with a juice bar and a longer open time!!!

This location was close to emporium mall and had some rooftop restaurant bars close by. Rooms were reasonable size and smart TV useful.
Blocked sink and bath drains. Breakfast disappointing, unless you want to eat pork or pork derivatives there's nothing else to eat. Vegetarian or vegan will struggle here. Non pork eaters also, no real thought or insight in breakfast menu. Taxis take a long time to reach here.
