We were treated like queen's. The lady that ownes the house was so polite.she was very welcoming and helpful. The nieces that were their to visit her and help her out were also very kind and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. French food every morning. An absolutly lovely experience. Would definitely go again and recommend. The room was big, it was very clean and we had everything we needed from glasses and Waterloo pillows, towels shampoo etc it was all available.

Beautiful traditional B&B with a warm welcome to go along with it. I stayed in the green room and it was so comfortable and exactly as pictured. Lots of charm and the bed was huge and super comfy. Kathleen was lovely and was happy to cater for my dietary requirements, even taking the time to bake some bread that I could have alongside breakfast.

beautiful grounds, large beautiful room filled with wonderful touches. Kathleen was so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. the day had been very hot so she’d closed all the curtains and put lightweight linen on the bed. she gave dinner recommendations which were spot on and we wished that we had stayed for more than just one night. breakfast was fabulous too.

Kathleen is a lovely lady with a beautiful home off the beaten path. Comfy and clean and very Wuiet.

Absolutely amazing location, our host was so lovely. The bedroom overlooked the horse padocks, lovely sized clean room. We had a very comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was again absolutely lovely with a great choice of food. We will definitely book again.

Loved my stay here. Friendly host. Gorgeous room and bed. Fabulous sheets & pillows. Two big windows in my room, Lovely breakfast at a large dining table with a couple of other guests. Beautiful house and gardens. Peaceful location with lots of parking.

Can't really think of anything here. Water in the room, Clock radio and tv in the room. Everything I needed.

Our hostess Kathleen was gracious and welcoming. We loved staying with her.

I liked the courtesy of the hosts Kathleen & Andrew, cleanliness, attention to detail, comfort of spacious bedroom, good quality bed linen towels, bathrobe etc. with a very healthy breakfast. I loved to hear the birds, horse trotting out and in the driveway for morning exercise with beautiful age appropriate interior design and landscaped gardens. Highly recommend

I could not fault anything as exceeded my expectations for comfort and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pears in cinnamon syrup, nice varied cheese board selection, muesli and yogurt with seeded brown bread and sourdough.

Wonderful B&B in lovely manor house about 2 km outside of Croom. Superb cooked Irish breakfast. Very helpful hosts . Kathleen drove me around, attended to laundry and even made a gluten free loaf. Excellent wi-fi.

Our hosts were wonderful. We were warmly greeted and provided insightful local travel advise. Breakfast was first-rate. Our room was large, clean, comfortable and very well appointed.
