1)swimming pool- decently sized and rather deep,clean, with beautiful sea view 2)spacious rooms with very efficient and quiet AC 3)no problems with early check-in

1)sea view from the terrace - beautiful, but only when you are standing - there is a solid brick balustrade, so when you sit down to enyou your coffee you see nothing except said balustrade and sky ...This is shown on the pictures, so I shouldn't feel cheated, but still somehow I do :( 2)this is a "we smoke so we welcome our smoking guests" apartment, so there is this faint smell of old cigarettes everywhere, and not so faint smell of fresh cigarettes, when your neighbour downstairs is smoking - and he smokes frequently :( 3)beds in the small bedroom are teenage-sized, not suitable for adults 4)value for money unreasonable, there is a hotel next door (in fact they even share a pier ) where you pay much less for a room and breakfast , and the swimming pool is nicer there, too :( 4)when there was problem with our stay (our mistake, I admit - we got the dates wrong and stayed a day longer) the host told us about this only in late evening (20:00), so there was absolutely no way we could leave (and we had to pay for enother night, even though we had a hotel booked elsewhere ...)

Great location - next to the private beach shared with the nearby mini-hotel, with the own seawater swimming pool. A nice hotel restaurant is also next door - no need to go to town. We also felt very welcome by the host.

Very friendly and helpful, even provided olive oil! Good location.
