other than the room that I had, the staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help make me feel comfortable, as well as understand the culture and language, well solo traveling by myself.

The staff was excellent and very friendly !!

Need to use the stairs then use elevator then use stairs up to 6th floor N it not soundproof room

Great staff

Clean comfortable room with good hot water pressure comfortable bed (not too hard) and peaceful at night, there are also laundry facilities on site. The staff are very helpful and friendly should you need any information about the area or if you need anything else for the room, The hotel is in a good location with two markets and several restaurants within walking distance, also a 7/11 opposite. If you have your own transport there is a large shopping complex and two good size night markets all within a 10/15 minute ride away. (There are also plenty of Grab & Moto taxi drivers in the area)

Stayed during the hottest season, would have made a very enjoyable stay that little better if they had a small (swimming) pool to unwind and cool down in at the end of the day.

Fraud hotel . Didn't even receive my refund . Twice . I pray that karma will teach the hotel and it's manager with the curse and they loose alot of money in business . Very unprofessional management
