The room was well maintained and we liked quality of breakfast as well. The place was having all required amenities, that makes it a good place to stay in all weather conditions. The people at reception and house keeping staff is also very humble and cooperative
There is nothing specific as such. Rooms can be cleaned regularly in case of stays for more than a day

Nice location.. hardly 5 mins away from Railway station & bus stand. Nice staff and food. Perfect location to stay at Katra.

tv remote & AC non functioning. Bathroom filthy. After having tea there I didn’t dare to go for their food.
i booked 2 rooms for 3378/- and on arriving at the hotel they charged 4000/- saying that the booking.com & Oyo quote very less price & we don’t go by their rates. Either u opt out of the online booking system or stop cheating ur customers.

All the locks of bathroom were broken for all 4 rooms I have booked and intercom not working properly,AC of one room not working

They don't provide breakfast even my booking include breakfast. They said booking. Com not inform about breakfast. So it's not given. Please do not cheat anybody.
