Definitely: location! Right next to the walking path along the Wisła River.
Modern hotel with clean, nice, modern interior design. Nice modern elevator.
Great views of the river from our room.
Very nice spread of food for breakfast and the location of breakfast. Nice setup.
Balcony with a table and two chairs.
Easy parking. Easy access to the walking path along the river.
First: The bed: it looks like the box spring, which should be under the mattress, was missing. So the mattress was sitting so low in the bed frame that the frame was sticking out, and it was very painful to sit on the edge of the bed. And when in bed, it was painful to get out of bed. Also, sometimes when rolling in bed, my legs were hitting the edge of the bed frame.
2nd: the grout in the shower (which by itself was comfortable) looks like it was not cleaned recently; a lot of dirty sedimentation in the grout lines of the shower area;
3rd: the TV screen: very small screen located very high on the wall: hard to watch it from the bed (which is already very low)
4: The decking boards yield and arch when we step on them, making the balcony feel unsafe to walk on.

The rooms are very modern and well designed. We had one with a lovely river view.
The food in the restaurant was super delicious so I really recommend that place for dining too.
The spa part was just amazing for sure you need to go there too and it is included in the price.

The location was great for us met our requirements, the resturant was nice clean nice staff. But had a few thinks unavailable on the menu. Nice clean facilities.
Upon check-in staff didnt seem to smile and very little information given about room a/c etc. The suanas were not working in the Spa so really only swimming available. Beds very uncomftable, pillows very flat. Towels were thread bare and edges fraied. Sheet on one bed had stain on it.
