the view from the balcony was beautiful, great location, plenty of restaurants and bars in the area and walking distance to all main attractions
maybe a little fridge or kettle would have been nice, maybe a change of fresh towels, but nothing major the room was great, communication and check in was easy

Excellent location, close to the main avenue and lots of good restaurants nearby. Self-check-in was appreciated, although my key locker was tough to open.
No AC. Just a loud standing fan you have to run all night to sleep in summer. A coffee machine was provided but no coffee, mugs, or glasses (a duplicate reservation in another room had them, mine didn’t). There’s a sign in the shared kitchen saying you can’t take dishes/glasses to your room, but there’s no staff on site to tell you this directly, you only find out from a notice. Maintenance throughout the property was poor: broken/dripping shower hose with weak pressure, loose wall plugs, a broken balcony door with no handle (found it later in a drawer), uncovered drill holes, and water damage on the shared kitchen ceiling. There was also debris near the nightstand that hadn’t been cleaned. The bed frame was unstable, it lifts and shifts when you move. Soundproofing was essentially nonexistent; I could hear the stairs in the next room and everything in the main hallway.
