Helpful staff. Great breakfast and nice quiet location.
Safe was not working on arrival but that was fixed very quickly by staff.

The hotel manager was amazing! He was so sweet and helpful and always chatty.
I also really liked the welcome message on the bed and the elephant towels were a very nice touch
There was black mould in my bedroom and I did ask about switching but chose to stay as the other room wasn't as nice
