We had mixed feelings about our stay here. The staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly and caring. The pool was so lovely, great size surrounded by lush greenery. The lounges around the pool looked a bit tired. Our room was okay. Nice outlook but again a bit tired and could do with a bit of maintenance. Breakfast was good with reasonable choices. Could be better by including a barista coffee. It’s in a lovely spot near the river with a nice walk to other areas or a quick tuk tuk. The real let down was the noise from the restaurant next door. Karaoke every night. There should be something more the hotel can do. Whilst it’s not their fault it’s really unfair for the hotel guests.
