Pleasant

In my room were too cold, I couldnt take shower, because temperature in room was +15, and th heater didn`t work.

Having spent 14 hours on the train from Kyiv we needed some food and a bed , unfortunately this hotel only had the bed

it looked good in the picture

we arrived at 21-15 , there were no people to let us in luckily the taxi driver was able to phone the owner who gave us the code to enter , the room was clean and the bed comfortable in the morning again no staff no breakfast on offer or tea and coffee available although on the landing there was a kettle ,steam iron and ironing board .

++ people are amazing. I arrived after 10pm and the host met me at the train station even though it was outside check in time and not their problem. In the morning, other person at the bar helped me to call a taxi. + big comfortable bed with clean linens and towels for a shower + the room looks nice, as in the photo: with a chair, and a table. + café on the premises was very nice as well. Scrambled eggs for 21zl (a bit salty) and nalysnyky with jam for 14zl were tasty.

= be aware that there’s no Uber service in this city (!) so you need to call a local taxi. Taxi charged 20zl for the journey between rail station and the hotel (10min drive) = though the road wasn’t visible from a room window, you can clearly hear cars passing by. So maybe not the most quiet place. = the “hot” water in the shower was lukewarm at the highest temperature. I’m glad it is summer, so I was ok with it. - there was a short loud sound in the toilet every time I turned on the water to wash hands or flush a toilet 🤷‍♂️ - I couldn’t find WiFi password in the room, and when I tried provided password in the cafe, the network did not connect. I’m glad I had my cellular internet.

If you want a hotel to rest and sleep, then I do not recommend this hotel at all!

The hotel is mainly focused on weddings, corporate events and the like. Music production + guests visiting each other and noisily in the rooms, ends at about 3:00, at 4:00 the staff leaves the hotel noisily, so there is not much time left for sleep. Guests are not notified of this situation in advance and the staff and owners are not worth the guests, even after words of explanation or apology. The staff is probably made up of part-time workers, mostly of student age, without any experience with dining and behaving towards guests (if you do not greet them, then they will not even think of such a thing).

Ok hotel for a fair price.

It's a good value for the money even if there are some downsides. Works for short stays, 1-2 days, but would avoid to stay here any longer. Big TV and nice bathroom a plus. We were the only guests at breakfast so the kitchen opened when we arrived, tasty breakfast but had to wait a long time for it.

The personnel hardly spoke, didn't give a first good impression. The room was way to warm when we arrived, had to open all windows to try to get some air and cool it down. Room also felt small due to the low ceiling. The WiFi was terrible, barely usable. Not suitable for business travels if you intend to get some work done.
