A very helpful staff and host. They have their own farm as such the food served is farm fresh. A nice resort located in a peaceful surroundings

The staff are super sweet and helpful. it's pretty much the same guys who do everything, so with luggage, cooking room service everything they were really helpful and really went the extra mile. the food is also great - Vishnu, I think is the main person in the kitchen. the pakoras they made were really good - very different from anything we had eaten any where. the property seems nice enough. The owner also comes by sometimes and he and his family came across as being very hospitable and gracious.
The washrooms could have been much cleaner. The bed linen and towels were not clean at all. my mother got an allergy reaction from the room - which made our trip to Pangong really bad. Despite the very gracious hospitality of the staff and the owners, the experience was not good due to bad washroom and poor bed linen.
