This is bit of mix bag accommodation. I think they are doing well for what is available and what is provoded for the money. So it is a value for money accommodation. The hotel is located in a good place. Rooms are relatively good. Rooms are clean, hot water facilities are good. Staff are accommodating , friendly, and helpful. We have several issues which staff did their best to help with.
We booked 4 rooms, including the suite room. We were told suite rooom us not available only when we came to check-in. Even though we had requested double beds, all rooms had twin beds. They were happy to give us different rooms and adjusted the price accordingly when we requested.
Rooms had different facilities. Some had TV, and some didn't. There also was some dust. The new rooms with larger beds were interesting as they had a very hard part in between them effectively, making that part hard to sleep. The facilities in the room was also minimal or outdated.

スタッフの対応はよかった。夕食を作った料理人はとてもよい人で、料理も美味しかった。
冷蔵庫がなかった。エアコンは付いていたが、かなりの雑音だった。2泊したが、部屋の掃除はしていなかった。タオルも交換していなかったので催促したら、スタッフが持ってきてくれた。夕食込みの予約で初日は午後八時にホテルに到着したが、レストランは閉店したといって夕食を食べさせてもらえなかった。翌日聞いてみると、レストランは午後9時まで開いているとのこと。騙されたことに気づいた。
