Penthouse Beach Tower 10th Floor (B1003) - Sunset Ocean Views, Steps from the Beach

Escape to paradise at Palekaiko, a luxurious 1,400-square-foot penthouse at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Located on the 10th floor, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa sleeps up to 6 guests and offers spectacular sunset and ocean views from the private lanai.

The villa features contemporary furnishings, upgraded appliances, central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, premium linens and everything needed for a relaxing Hawaiian vacation.

Sleeping accommodations include:

Primary bedroom with king bed and private bath
Second bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted into a king and tub shower bath
Full-size Natuzzi sofa bed in the living room

Resort amenities include heated lap and lagoon pools, a children`s sand-bottom pool, spas, fitness center, sauna, steam room, barbecue grills, beach bar and direct access to Ko Olina`s beach and lagoons. Pool hours and other amenity rules are governed by the resort.

Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, wagon, cooler, pool toys and boogie boards are provided. A Pack `n Play and high chair are available upon request.

An Aloha Ambassador will greet you at check-in, escort you to the villa and provide a property orientation. Two assigned compact parking stalls are included. Oversized vehicles may require alternative parking and an additional resort registration fee.

The Beach Villas are within walking distance of Aulani, Four Seasons Resort Oahu and Marriott`s Ko Olina Beach Club. Ko Olina Golf Club and the marina are nearby. A rental car is recommended for exploring Oahu.

Future Construction Notice: Ko Olina Resort plans to construct two hotels on parcels adjacent to the Beach Villas. The start date is currently unknown. Once construction begins, work may occur Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and may generate noise. Beach and lagoon access will remain available. We will share updates as they become available.

The booking total itemizes the mandatory 18.5% local taxes and one-time $425 cleaning fee. VRBO may also charge a separate traveler service fee.

Late checkout may be available for an additional fee: $250 until 4:00 PM or $400 plus tax until 10:00 PM. Advance approval is required.
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, all guests and visitors must follow the Beach Villas at Ko Olina house rules:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
The maximum occupancy is 8 guests for a three-bedroom villa or 6 guests for a two-bedroom villa. Infants under age 2 are not included in the HOA occupancy limit.
All overnight guests must be registered before arrival. The primary guest must present a government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Visitors must register in the lobby and be accompanied by the registered guest.
No parties, disruptive gatherings, excessive noise, or nuisance behavior.
No smoking or vaping inside the villa, on the lanai, or in common areas.
Do not hang towels, swimsuits, clothing, or other items over the lanai railings. Beach equipment and other personal belongings may not be stored on the lanai overnight.
Vehicles must be parked entirely within the assigned stalls and display a valid parking permit. Oversized vehicles may require alternative parking and an additional registration fee.
Hallways and other common areas must remain clear. Shoes, beach equipment, trash, and personal belongings may not be left outside the villa.
Garbage must be securely tied in bags before being placed in the trash chute. Large trash and recyclables must be taken to the designated ground-floor receptacles.
Recreational facilities are reserved for registered Beach Villas owners and guests.
Pool and Amenity Rules
Lap Pool and spa: 6:00 AM-9:00 PM; quiet use and lap swimming only.
Lagoon Pool and spas: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM; family-friendly area.
Fitness Center: 6:00 AM-9:00 PM.
Barbecue grills: 11:00 AM-9:00 PM; first-come, first-served.
No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.
No diving, jumping, running, horseplay, ball throwing, glassware, boogie boards, air mattresses, or oversized flotation devices in the pool areas.
Pool furniture may not be reserved. Unattended belongings may be removed after 30 minutes.
Cover-ups, shirts, and footwear are required when leaving the pool area and entering the buildings.

Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party. HOA violations may result in warnings, fines, loss of amenity privileges, towing, or removal from the property. The complete HOA rules are available in the villa and from the front desk.
