I planned to stay a few days and ended up booking for 2 weeks. A really comfy, big (private) room across the street from the main hostel, great location, amazing staff, super clean. There's free water refill, free coffee, cool vibes. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Chiang Mai!

Our room was very spacious and clean, had everything we needed. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, great value for money, highly recommended.

The cancellation part has been well handled on their part.
We've been informed the guesthouse couldn't host us when we were in front of it ! Everything has been done to cancel the reservation on their side, I must say. But to let the room available on Booking.com eventhough the guesthouse was closed for maintenance was unprofessionnal.
