Liked almost everything.
Great and safe location

clean room, linens, etc.
So, all the basic needs are ticked with great satisfaction
Dislikes were for higher order stuff, not on the basic necessities.
The food was available, but for almost exclusively for room service. They had a very small dining area (with a very limited capacity), looking at which we decided to get the good served in our room. I do not prefer to have meal in room, because the smell persists. So, I didn't like this aspect, though the food was good.
The lift takes you to the landing of the stairs and not to the actual floors. Thus, you have to walk up or down half a storey to reach your room from the lift. This did not bother us, but can be annoying for some, specifically elderly customers.
There was a very thin stream of water leaking in the bathroom, keeping a small part of the bathroom always wet. However, this was a truly small part, and hence did not feel the urge to get it corrected. So, I won't complain. Perhaps they would have rectified, if I brought it to their attention.

Staff was good. Complementary breakfast was above average. Rooms were cleaned but there are flies.
Internet was not stable.
