Das Haus mit Potential liegt auf einem großen Grundstück mit schönem Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Talseite. Für eine siebenköpfige Familie mit drei Generationen eine gute Basis für Aktivitäten im Raum Spa - Stavelot. Rückzahlung des Deposit innerhalb 6 Tagen.
Das Haus wird offenbar nicht selten an größere und "dynamischere" Gruppen als wir vermietet, etwa anlässlich von Rennen auf dem nahen Ring von Spa-Francorchamps. Die 4 Schlafräume sind mit Schlafmöbeln voll belegt. Vorbenutzer haben das interessante Haus sehr strapaziert; einige Schäden sind nicht zu übersehen (Lampe an der Terrasse). Bei unserer Ankunft lag ein Aufnehmer auf dem Boden innen vor der Haustür; es fanden sich Hinterlassenschaften der Vorbenutzer (Trinkflasche u.ä.). Die sichere Ausfahrt vom Grundstück wäre mit passenden Verkehrsspiegeln deutlich erleichtert; die Kante zur Straße ist recht ausgefahren. Schade!

We stayed for the F1 Spa week and we were unsure about the walk to the track. The house was perfectly positioned and extremely quiet. A half hour walk away which was really easy. The property is very comfortable, with ample space for our group. Bathroom upstairs and seperate toilet, along with another toilet downstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed and a great size fridge as well. We did bring our own eskys which was handy. As the weather was wonderful we made the most of the BBQ.
The only small thing but wasn't a drama as we did a big shop, however we needed to buy loads more toilet paper and hand soap as there wasn't enough supplied. We also purchased small wood chips and charcoal for the bbq so just note this if you plan to use the bbq.
