Welcome to Sanibel in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The 28 foot porch will makes everyone relax and start to enjoy this special time with white sand beaches and Little Lagoon DISCLAIMER: AGREEMENTS LISTED MAY ONLY APPLY TO RESERVATIONS LESS THAN 30 D Sanibel located in Gulf Shores, AL and is a fabulous property. The unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a king in the primary and two double beds in the guest room. The living area has a queen sofa bed. The large balcony helps relieve all stress for a few days. Relax with a cup of coffee or nice glass of wine at the end of a day on the beach. There is a pool, kiddie pool, full fitness center and sauna on site. The wooden boardwalk for easy access to the white sandy beaches. Property is close to restaurants, live entertainment, water park, zoo and mega shopping. Pack your bags and come on down and enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash). Car passes are purchased on site. Each level is accessed by elevator. All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate. Age limit to rent is 25. STRICTLY ENFORCED You must be 25 years or older to book this unit!

The condo was great- the one thing that we would rec is including the parking decal in the rental price. We arrived late one evening and the next day the parking attendee was insisting we go immediately to pay him when we saw him ‘writing tickets’ -it was truly bizarre. The last thing we want on our vacation is this- we informed him that we had stayed 8 or 9 times there and one time, we were only able to ‘’grab a decal’ the night before we checked out. The behavior is truly unnecessary,

Our stay was lovely. I was looking for a luxurious but small-kid friendly place to give us a break from the daily grind at home. I just reread all the past reviews, and any concerning issue had been handled. There was like new balcony furniture, a new rug in the living room, and all the beds had nice mattresses. The kitchen had a ton of tools and utensils to help us cook all meals there. The adjusting feedback I’d give is the building’s hallway lights are bright and shine into the two bedrooms all night, making the sleep was a very bright one. The building is on a short state trail on the lagoon side that leads to a little fishing dock. The beach was just across the street and about 3 houses down. Overall a lovely stay.

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. My son enjoyed the pool. 20-30 minute drive to the fields.

My family and I rolled into town just after a week of storms. The next day was yellow flag beach conditions and lasted the remainder of our stay. Sanibel is close to the beach and just a short drive to all of the fun that Gulf Shores has to offer.

We loved the property and the easy access to the beach was great. We loved the park behind the property that had multiple fishing and crabbing spots. Really, the only issue we had was obtaining parking permits. The office personnel just simply left for the day and the menacing “We will boot your vehicle!” signs displayed have the impression that we were unfairly put in a bad position.
Otherwise, the stay itself was great. Thank you.

This was a great experience! My family really enjoyed it as well! One and only suggestion would be to upgrade the balcony furniture…would have loved to lounge outside all day but other than that the property was beautiful ❤️

This condo has great access to the beach!! Literally a walk across the street. The condo itself was very comfortable for our family of 5. Parking was easy and staff was responsive. We are already thinking of when we can come back.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious. There are a few quirky things going on though. You can't use two small appliances at once in the kitchen or the fuse trips. The balcony furniture desperately needs replaced. It's uncomfortable and falling apart due to weathering. Once these things get updated the place will be perfect!!

The online listing is accurate and it is a super easy "check in" process as the code to the door was texted to me the day of our arrival. Everything was clean and in good working order (except the toaster, that needs to be replaced). You will have to pay a parking fee. if you come late, there won't be anyone around and a ticket will be placed on your windshield overnight. just pay the next day and all is good. i would definitely rent here again.

Excellent service from Gulf2Beach management, and the condo itself is beautiful! Huge beach and ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and balcony, with beautiful bay views from both bedrooms. The sand and shore are a 1 minute walk from the building. Wonderful stay!

The furniture inside and out in the unit is worn out!! It needs to be replaced. There is no where inside or out to sit that is comfortable. The couch is broken down and dirty as well as the chairs. The outdoor furniture is also broken with holes. Missing light bulbs, dirty, stained furniture. Would not recommend this particular unit.

Pleasant getaway
The condo was big enough for our family if 5. Great kitchen and pantry storage. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and not a far walk to the beach. Remotes to TV did not have batteries but we had brought some with us.

Needs carpet removed and furniture replaced
The parking , pool, check-in, distance to beach , quietness all were fine , no huge complaints except the sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable. The mattress needs replaced and the bar is in your back all night . One of the other full beds is also broken and has a swag in it like a swayback horse . The carpet in tbe living room had hidden goodies food, toys, etc. It's thick shag type and has no way of really cleaning it well. The water pressure is minimal at best. Like showing with a water bottle. There were nowhere near the kitchen utensils etc we typically find in our condos. There were multiple DVD players and a really nice smart tv but the original remote was missing so the smart tv functions couldn't be used for Netflix etc. The patio wicker was in terrible shape should be tossed out and replaced. Other than those things the condominium is clean and quiet for a family and it's easy to leave the condo and be on the beach in 5 min walk. My wife left a very special ear ring sentimental to her and asked them to mail it to her(we were a couple hours away ) this was the only correspondence with management really with a request and I suppose housekeeping or management decided to not be bothered by mailing it to us. The condo needs carpet removed and some furniture updates. There were multiple stains on the living room furniture also (kinda a light color and easy to do I suppose so we didn't bring food or drink to the living room). Oh and the blinds were torn but still functional. Someone attempted a patch with a big baby pin x 2 but apparently it didn't work.

Nice place beautiful view
I enjoyed my stay. The condo is nice. The balcony was our favorite place to relax but they do need to replace furniture on balcony. We was disappointed with it. But everything else was nice, beautiful view.

The only negative thing would be the couch. It was pretty worn and not comfortable at all. Other than that the rest of the condo was great! Loves the spacious balcony and access to the beach.

When we walked in, this condo was just as it was pictured; open, spacious, tastefully decorated, and with a beautiful 12th floor view of the ocean. The bedrooms were comfortable, each having their own bathroom; with another half bathroom available in the main hallway. This get-away condo was just what our family needed to enjoy our Gulf Shores vacation and have a place to relax and rejuvenate. Thank you so much.

Before booking I called the management company to ensure I was renting BEACH FRONT property and NOT Beach ACCESS, the person on phone said it was BEACH FRONT. Upon arrival, I saw that it was Not Beach front and I called management. They gave the excuse that they had new employees and weren't responsible for misinformation. The photos on site were also misleading as the highway that needed to be crossed to access the beach was cropped out or photographed to hide it. I also mentioned that to management. Only got an apology and offer to cancel. Where was I to stay at this point?? I called specifically to have BEACH FRONT due to inability to walk long distances due to an injury. They gave a very minimal discount for misleading information. Also, we noticed a vehicle in condo parking lot that had people sleeping in for hours. We had to call security to check it out which led to drug trafficking arrest. I have used VRBO for many years but I am very disappointed in their guest services, concern and reliability at this point!

Never disappoints!
This is the 2nd year my friends and I have stayed here. We love this place! Views are spectacular. Condo is clean, roomy, large balcony to enjoy the view, easy access...who could ask for more? It never disappoints! Only thing disappointing was the weather, but any day at the beach is good!

Wonderful condo, needs a little work
Wonderful, spacious condo with beautiful view. Well appointed. However, some furniture with broken legs-table, chairs. Couch needs replacing-dirty and lacking support. Curtains falling and dirty.Needs painting to cover multiple patchwork areas throughout.
Otherwise, the condo was very clean.

Best view I ever experienced! A beautiful space for our family of four, plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. The outside, sandy patio furniture was inside the unit when we got there, which was strange but we put it all outside and I swept up the sand left behind.
