We was met by Chrisa who was super amazing in getting us settled in. She recommended restaurants near by of one we went to. The hotel was always on hand and was forward in communicating via WhatsApp. The room had the indoor pool which was amazing. The showers and bathroom was great as well. The room space was sleek and clean. No complaints. The breakfast was good. All the staff encountered where helpful.

No fault to the hotel but ants and not flushing anything down the toilet but that's the whole Island.

I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Santorini. This was my very first solo holiday, so the trip already meant a lot to me, and the team made the whole experience even more special. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. I especially want to mention the lovely lady at reception, who was absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. She was so kind, helpful and welcoming, and really made me feel looked after from the moment I arrived. Travelling alone for the first time can feel a little daunting, but her warmth genuinely made such a difference and helped me feel completely comfortable. The room was absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected, and everything felt peaceful and thoughtfully put together. The location was also perfect for me, close enough to Oia to enjoy everything, while still being in a quieter area where I could properly relax. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. I work in hospitality myself, so I know how much effort goes into making a guest feel genuinely cared for, and the team here absolutely got it right. It wasn’t just good service; there was a real warmth and personal touch to everything. I came to Santorini hoping to make some beautiful memories, and I left having had one of the best trips of my life. This hotel will always be part of that memory for me. Thank you so much to the entire team, and especially to the lovely lady at reception, for making my first solo trip so unforgettable. I would recommend this place without hesitation, and if I ever return to Santorini, I already know where I’ll be staying. 🤍

The staff was amazing. Nadia was the perfect host. She told us everything to do. She was so accommodating. The children loved her. The staff was very helpful And the rooms looked like caves. Very cool.

The parking situation isn't the best. Hard to find and a far walk.

Although away from the hustle and bustle it was conveniently located with to be honest a stunning sunset view without the need of going to Oia. Location was also near taxi drop off and pick up and an easy walk to restaurants, supermarkets and Oia where you can catch a bus to Fira. The jacuzzi and large outdoor area was a good place to have a meal and watch the sunset or catch some sun. Having a separate room with a small kitchen and somewhat of a walk in wardrobe was a pleasant surprise. The almost cave feel of the interior was nice and cosy. Chrisa was a very good and pleasant host who was always at hand to answer our questions. Even providing suggestions for dinner even in our next destination in Crete.

Like all other destinations in Greece except Miss Marrone in Crete we found it strange that they do not top up drinking water daily. It’s a small cost on the part of the hotel as the tap water is actually not drinkable on advice. This is common practice anywhere in Asia.
