We had a fabulous stay! The house was beautiful and felt clean! The beds were all very comfy and there was tons of space for our group of 11. My only feedback would be to replace the shower heads. The water only had one stream setting and the water came out in a harsh stream.

The oven did not work when we arrived.
It took 3 out of our 4 day stay to get it fixed. Not great when you were planning on cooking moat meals. Little bugs all over kitchen counter, downstairs bedroom bathroom sink leaked. I could never get anyone local physically on the phone or a call back. I was only able to talk to someone from a national number. I would not use Vacasa again to rent from.

BBQGrill needs replacing. Need new kitchen mits. Only one and it's torn. Third floor bed tail board is coming apart. Floors were dirty. Need to be wet moped with soap. Socks turned black if you walked on the floor. Need to vacuum under the rug on first floor. Real dirty. Sinks in first floor bedroom were slow to drain. Plumber Need to clean drains.

We spent the week after Christmas and had a wonderful time. 6 adults and two kids, there was plenty of room. The house was an easy walk to the beach, Rosemary, and Alyss. Steps away from the pool complex. Loved sitting by the fire pit and listening to live music each night at the village, which was also just a short walk.

Awesome house, great location
Loved the house and neighborhood, close to the pool, shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Comfortably slept 12 adults and had parking passes for 5 cars from security with no issues. Grill is rusting and could be replaced but we made it work and had a great weekend.

We had 7 of us for the weekend. The house was great! 3rd floor porch was perfect for pizzas on Friday night. Location was near all of our activities and my daughters had plenty of bathrooms to get ready for the big event.

House was as described in the listing. We had a great stay!

Great house for large family
This was our second stay (first was July 2018). The house has plenty of space. The main level furniture needs to be replaced or at the very least needs new cushions (same issue as 2018). The trash can STILL was not working (again, same complaint as last time but was not replaced or repaired) after reporting it immediately within the first day. The result was that you had to hold the lid up while scraping off dishes and the lid is recessed, so not very easy. The pillow cases that were provided did not fit properly (standard cases for king sized pillows). Only other issue was that the previous guests over used the microwave and there was a terrible burnt odor and the inside of the microwave actually looked as if a small fire was in there. Vacasa was also notified and supposedly sent someone out. The microwave was wiped down one more time but it was not replaced. We did not use it because it was gross.
With all that said, the furnishings are pretty, the beds fairly comfortable, the bathrooms and the kitchen all very nicely equipped with absolutely everything you will need. The place was clean too! The location was an easy walk to the shops/restaurants and pool.

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and super functional. The location can’t be beat. Easily walk to the pool/beach or take the tram to the beach. Loved the roof top deck! We will definitely be back.

Best location in Seacrest
This house has the best location within Seacrest. It is toward the front but still tucked away. You can walk to the town circle, the pool, the beach, and to Rosemary in minutes. Other houses in Seacrest are equally nice, but this location eliminates the need to catch the shuttle. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. I traveled with a group of 6 moms and 8 teens. We all had a bed and plenty of hang-out space. We varied our outings between Seacrest and Rosemary and enjoyed the dining and shops. LOVED the Seacrest live music and the Farmers Market at Rosemary.
