I liked the Location, the apartment ist in a quiet area, yet still Central. The price ist good for the size of the apartment. Excelennt communication with the landlord
The apartment was Clean, but ITS a bit worn and could use some renovation. The parking Lot behind the building ist good, but ITS hard to use with a larger vehicle If other Cars are parked right behind the driveway. The Air conditioning could also bei a bit stronger. But everithing else was fine

It’s close enough to town by tram and there are bars, cafes, market, DM nearby. You can walk to the city center and the train station if you want.
The wifi works petfectly. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe
The apartment needs maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom ceiling is peeling off, the kitchen tap is partially blocked with lime so it spreads water everywhere, the extractor fan needs a deep cleaning as well as the sink area.
If you’re staying a day or two it’s fine but if you need to spend more time and cook there it’s not practical
