Exceptional

The apartment was great. The 2 BR/2BA met our needs, and the living room was very comfortable to hang out with friends. Our host was the best. She was very responsive when we had an inquiry. The location was absolutely perfect because we were across the driveway from one mall and across the highway from a second mall. Within walking distance were several mini markets, a coffee shop, a bakery, and other stores. Grab taxis were usually in the area, so there was never a long wait time. We also discovered many different restaurant bars in District 2, which allowed us to avoid going all the way to District 1. Access to the building and to the room floor was very easy with the access card. Overall, we had a great stay.

property was great and beautiful! found it had everything we needed! staff and building are amazing and everyone was so nice! it’s soo close to everything, has 2 ministops within 50mins of the entry and also 10/15min drive to walking street in district 1

there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about this property

view is superb. high floor 2 bathrooms

Trash left in the drawers (tissue paper and plaster wrappers), ants on the bed and in the kitchen drawers. The blanket in the bedroom wasn’t washed as it has a foul smell.

Excellent place for short or extended stay in Thao Dien

The property at Masteri Thao Dien T5 and we stayed there for a couple for weeks during our relocation to HCMC while searching fro a permanent home. We were very happy with the facilities and the location. The hosting company represented by Roop Sin is super helpful and quick at replaying to any question. They were waiting for us at arrival and were able to provide us with a an additional working desk when we asked for. We also rented a motorbike while there and they arranged the parking spot for it. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. There are a number of groceries in walking distance. And the dinning options in Thao Dien are great.

Dreadful.

The location.

There is nothing good about this apartment, the photos on booking.com are NOTHING like it!! We arrived at 11pm at night, only to find no sleeper couch, torn bed linen & no spares, no towels, no mugs and glasses, and somebody's dishes drying on the sink!! We are a family of 5 so there was no space for our one son to sleep. After contacting the agent he suggested he could get another unit in a different building that we could use, meaning we would be split between 2 apartments in different locations - seriously?? After declining his offer, he suggested that we check out & he would refund 2 of the 3 nights as he had someone else keen for the unit! With nowhere to go in peak season we were forced to stay in this horrible place. Absolutely shocking, false advertising at its best!!! Stay away unless you want to be disappointed, not the standard we have come to expect from booking.com
