The location is perfect. The room is very clean and exactly what you need for a ski holiday. The bed is comfortable, the facilities are good (inc. the Wi-Fi) and the apartment is nice and warm. The ski lockers on the ground floor are good for storage and the management are responsive on bookings.com.

There is rarely anyone in reception. There is a phone number to call but it doesn’t always result in someone coming to help. We checked in with the help of a car parking attendant- it also claims free parking but there are only a few spaces outside of the apartment to park along the road. We had to pay 30€ to park for 3 days slightly further down the hill. We had to message in advance to get someone in reception to check out and pay (which is cash only). They also told us someone was coming on the third day to hoover and change towels, but that never happened.

perfect location. host nena is very very cool. clean & functional. ski to door - door to ski :)

landlord were very very helpful. He made sure we are well taking care of, and he find me a great ski instructor, Marko, ski rental downstairs and the guys was super nice and helpful. room location is great, warm sun light from the window. Close to ski and restaurants. And everyone were friendly and helpful. I had wonderful time in Serbia kopaonik.

For the price I spend I don’t think there is anything I want to complain

Great location, great room and it has all you need. Heating was good as it was surprisingly cold in mornings and evenings. It exceeded my expectations :) I recommend this place

Bed could be better (harder), but its personal preference.

Quiet location, close to center. Not too crowded. Great value for money.

Parking is a bit of a hassle. Apartment could use fresh wall painting.
