Location and access to onsen next door were really good. I had a double room so I had a private bathroom at night - worth it.

Staff were not engaging at check in. Giving leaflets was like a routine. Not interested. Had no chance to sample food in the restaurant which was expensive in relation to the cost and facilities of the property

room is pretty small, the third bed is upstairs. can barely open one luggage at one time.
