Roberto is a great host, he is really responsive and satisfied all our requests. His place is great for a family vacation with children. Immaculatey maintained garden with a ground terrace. Walkable distance from Mondello beach. I recommend

Alberto is a great host! We felt very welcome in the beautiful house that's surrounded by trees and in close proximity to the beach.

The apartment is 5 min to the beach, but in very quite location. Everything necessary was in there. The host, Roberto, was very accommodating. Arranged transfer from Palermo Airport ( Annalisa, grazie mille!). In 5 min walk was caffe Alba (not exact name, but ask Roberto for details): fresh cappuccino/ espresso, fresh aranchini, pastry ...Roberto also tried to help us to rent a car, but it' another story .. We will be happy to get back here again. Worth mentioning, though, you'll need to take some (not much) stairs up to the apartment- it might be important for someone. But I'm sure you'll get help with your luggage anyway. Grazie mille, Roberto

It was incredible to stay in A un passo del mare. Really we didn't expect that I would be so good place. Terrace was so beautiful, cleanness was the best! Our children was happy to stay in this place. Everything was clean, there were two conditioners for comfort stay. All kitchen staff was accessible and ready to use. Roberto was waiting for us with keys and all the instructions about place! Very friendly person. Also we could connect him in every question easy. Rooms was clean and had good interior. It was lovely! I would recommend everyone to stay there with our without children, it is nice and peaceful place where to have a rest, go to the sea, witch is really near the house. View from the terrace is amazing!

Apartment is clean, quiet, close to the beach, with garden. For family vacation is perfect. Host Roberto is really nice, he gave us beach umbrella and two chairs for the beach and he helped us with groceries. He found us also ride to the airport. It was really nice to stay there. We felt like at home.

Everything was more than expected. Perfect location, privacy around the property, great facilities, cleanliness, all the necessary utilities and the very kind and most helpful host! Thank you Roberto for rushing to help when we realised that there was temporarily no night bus from Palermo due to covid restrictions :)

Amazing location , literally two minutes from the beach. Roberto was an excellent host who gifted us with a complimentary bottle of wine,snacks and coffee on arrival, very helpful and pleasent with any queries we had. Perfect spot for our stay. The apartment was clean spacious with up to date utilities. Such a Positive experience, we left feeling better than when we arrived. Thanks

Beautiful, spacious apartments with amazing view from the terrace,you have everything you need. Great location, 5 minutes walking the sea. Walking distance to local shops, pharmacy, restaurants. Roberto(landlord)showed us around in first day, really nice guy! Will definitely come back there again.
