Situated in Wildwood, this lovely condo for $472 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Everything is New! Although our property might be slightly more expensive to rent than others, you will immediately notice a big difference. You truly get what you pay for in life. We are constantly upgrading and improving our rentals. Charging a little bit more allows us to reinvest in our property and purchase and provide better amenities. • Pets: There is a $350 Pet Fee per dog (2-dog maximum). Only small non-shedding dogs under 30-pounds are permitted if they are contained within the following List: Affenpinscher, American Hairless Terrier, Australian Silky Terrier, Basenji, Bedlington Terrier, Bichon Frise, Border Terrier, Brussels Griffon, Cairn Terrier, Chinese Crested, Cotton de Tulear, Danie Dinmont Terrier, Fox Terrier, Havanese, Italian Greyhound, Kerry Blue Terrier, Komondor, Lakeland Terrier, Maltese Terrier, Mexican Hairless, Norwich Terrier, Puli, Sealyham Terrier, Schnauzer, Scottish Terrier, Shih Tzu, Tibetan Terrier, Toy & Miniature Poodle, Welsh Terrier, West Highland White Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier. Any and all other breeds not mentioned within this list are strictly prohibited. There is a Dog Beach at the end of our street on the beach. All other pets, regardless of how small, are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in forfeiture of your Security Deposit and immediate expulsion from the premises. This Rental has many new features, such as new Master Bedroom furniture (Bed/headboard/footboard with a high-end Premium Mattress and Box-Spring, Dresser, and End-tables. A New Refrigerator/Freezer, Brand New Microwave, new floors, new front door, renovated garage/carport. So if you are looking for an enjoyable time in a clean, upgraded rental property, then you might not mind spending just a little more. We do not rent to groups under 25 years of age - There are no exceptions; we are very strict about these policies. If anyone under the age of 25-years old Books a Reservation, the Deposit will be Forfeited and the Reservation will be Cancelled. We cater to Families, and most of our Renters return year after year. • Smoking: is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is permitted on the balcony; however, the windows and sliding glass must remain closed. Smoking is permitted on the rooftop deck or outside of the property unless it becomes bothersome to other guests, at which time the cigarettes must be extinguished. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. An Odor of Smoke inside the property will result in forfeiture of your Security Deposit. Beach/Boardwalk Block: You are only steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. We are located directly between both Morey's Amusement Piers. Dunkin Donuts is at the end of the street on the boardwalk. Rooftop Deck: This dwelling is the only one on the entire block that has a rooftop deck. You are permitted to use the deck. Balcony: there is also a private balcony off the living room. Fireworks: Every Friday Night in the summer, the City performs a Fireworks extravaganza at the end of Pine Avenue. You will have the best seat in the house on the rooftop deck. Master & 2nd Bedroom: Queen Beds, TV & DVD player. New Master Bedroom Furniture- Dresser & Mirror, Night Stands, Bed with Premium Mattress and Box-spring 3rd Bedroom: twin/full bunk bed, Another Twin Mattress is Located underneath the Bunk-bed. TV & PlayStation 2. All beds are equipped with pillows, blankets, and comforters; however, Linens (sheets & pillowcases) are not provided. Living Room: Cable TV, DVD player, and Stereo, Comfortable sectional with a full-size sleeper. Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen. Brand New Refrigerator/Freezer, Brand New Microwave. Brand new Front Entry Door and brand new floors- kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway. Outside Shower Totally renovated Carport/Garage Dining Room: Seats 6-8 Linens: Bath and Beach Towels, sheets, and Pillowcases are not provided. Pillows and blankets are provided. Beach Chairs and Secured Outside Storage Closet is available to store your bikes or beach items. It should be noted that in 2016 Homeaway and VRBO began charging all guests a SERVICE FEE which you might see reflected in every property advertised. VRBO is still collecting taxes from the guests despite NJ rescinding that law and exempting short-term weekly rentals; VRBO should not be collecting the taxes. You must address this issue directly with VRBO because the Owner has nothing to do with it. The Cleaning Fee is $200 Dog Fee: $350 per dog (see list of approved breeds)

This place was perfect for us! I have rarely seen a place as cleaned as this unit! It was perfectly equipped. The location was perfect, only one street away from the middle of the boardwalk and the beach! The rooftop view for the fireworks was awesome! I would definite go back!!

We stayed with our two young kids and had a great time. The apt was spacious, mostly clean (with a few things overlooked by the cleaning company), the kitchen had what we needed to make a few light meals, and we love being so close to the boardwalk. We had a repeated issue with the lock on the door that was adequately dealt with in a timely manner by the owner. Recommend

Property as described. Unfortunately VRBO sent us email with incorrect door lock code. Owner also had sent an email but email address was also incorrect. Delayed entrance to property by 30 minutes. After that, all went well.

Great vacation in Wildwood for the entire family
The location, condition and amenities of the property made this an awesome vacation! The condo was very spacious and open, comfortable for relaxing inside/outside, provided ample room for storage and parking, met our cooking needs for meals and the location to the boardwalk and dog beach was as good as advertised.
Definitely staying here again on our next visit to Wildwood!

Great Vacation
The owner provided very clear instructions for everything and was very responsive. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and it felt bigger than it was. The kitchen and living room was just all open and really made it easy to hang out with the kids. I had my wife and 6 kids with me (plus a small dog) and we were comfortable. The bathroom in the master bathroom was really key since our girls pretty much occupied the hallway bathroom. Lastly, for a family like mine with kids ranging from 8-17, the location is perfect, literally like a minute walk to the boardwalk. Watching fireworks from the rooftop deck was really cool too. I could very easily stay here again.

Beach Bound
After a long drive to my destination, I was very excited to know the boardwalk was one block from the condo. The place was clean fun beach decor. The roof deck was amazing the views overlooked the boardwalk not to mention the Friday fireworks!! Chris was awesome to work with he checked up on us and gave great places to go!!! We would definitely do it again!!!

Wonderful vacation location.
It was a pleasurable, easy experience working with Chris. The property is a great location and very well maintained. All details/directions were easy to follow. The roof top deck was a great place to view firework show which was right in front of us. Only down side was being on bottom floor, the floors seemed thin. We would stay there again.

Beautiful condo
We had such a good time over Labor Day weekend. The house was beautiful and very clean. We didn’t have anyone stay in the upstairs condo so we had the whole roof top to ourselves which had the most amazing views. Perfect location! Will definitely be back! Thanks again :)

Great location and very well maintained property!
Being on the beach block made for just a short walk to the boardwalk! The property was well maintained and was a perfect place for two families of four. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop made for a great ending to our week! The only complaint was the neighbors above us being loud moving things around and dropping stuff well past midnight every night. Nothing the owner could do to fix that just bad luck for us! Wouldn’t stop us from renting again though.

Great location!
We were pleased with the rental. We were so close to the boardwalk and beach. It was so easy to enjoy every day! walking distance to some restaurants/ shops. It is only a short drive to Cape May too, which is a charming locale full of shops and restaurants to explore.
The one critique we have would be the inconvenience of having to provide our own bed sheets and bathing towels. I understand the need to bring personal swim towels. We loved the decor, the balcony, and the convenience of having washer and dryer in our condo.
Overall a fantastic place to rent! Would rent there again!

Perfect location and super clean
This property was awesome for my family and myself. There is plenty of room in the condo and it is located in an ideal place on the boardwalk and beach. The rooftop deck is a huge plus for the fireworks but also has great views of the island. There is obvious care taken in the upkeep of this unit and I will definitely rent again

Great weekend
Lovely place to stay. Everything you need is provided. Nicely decorated. Short walk to the boardwalk with great location...Mack’s pizza,Dunkin Donuts, Douglas Fudge, Wawa all nearby. Beach is close and I enjoyed the long walk to ocean but there is a taxi if you can’t do the walk.Only problem was the post prom rentals and all the cursing and loud noise. Would rent again in July or August after proms and senior week over and families are renting.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. Just blocks from the beach and the center of the boardwalk, the house is clean, with great parking and with a nice balcony. It's the ideal spot for a week or long weekend at the shore.

Clean and comfortable
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, spacious, and super comfortable. We had one rainy day that left us in the house most of the day. We had fun playing games and watching movies so it was actually a great day. We also had the bowling alley right around the corner. The location to the boardwalk was perfect and not to noisy at all.
I'm a very light sleeper and only during the early hours of the morning I could hear a lot of noise from the upstairs tenant. The rest of my family slept right through it. I was a little reluctant with all the fees that came with this rental but at the end of our stay I felt it was worth it.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Tons of closet space and dresses. Master bedroom has a nice size walk in closet. Storage closet had beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys for the kids. There is a small yard in the back with a grill for each unit and a table and chairs. Fantastic view of the beach and board walk from the roof top deck. There is also a balcony facing Pine St. Quiet street close to the beach and boardwalk. Owners were quick to respond to questions when making reservations. I will be recommending to family and friends!

Simply Breathtaking
From the time my family stepped foot into this rental property we knew we made the right decision. When we made the reservations we noticed this rental was slightly more money than other rentals but we decided to go with this one hoping it would be nicer than other less expensive ones. Now we know why and it was definitely worth the extra money. This rental property was super nice and super clean and new. The owner also let us use the outside storage closet so we could secure oour bicycles. There is an outside shower so my kids could rinse off after the beach. We did not have to fight the crowds during the Fireworks and instead went to the very big deck on the roof and could see everything. My teenage daugher and her girlfriend used the deck to sunbath and the views of the ocean were nice. we were so close to everything and we didn't mind the kids walking to the boardwalk since it was so close. Parking was on site and we even had room to park a 3rd car.
If you are considering Wildwood we would recommend this rental. Our only initial concern was that it was more money than other rentals but once we stayed here we did not mind spending a bit more for what we got. We stayed at less expensive places in the past and they were dirty and dated. Definitely worth the extra money!

Great Location & Fabulous Property
My wife and I celebrated our 15th year Anniversary in Wildwood and since we are from Canada we weren't familiar with the area. Looking online this property looked really nice but when we saw it in person it was even nicer. Its obvious that the owners invest a lot of time in the property. The location was centrally located to everything. We were able to walk to the beach and we were able to walk to the boardwalk and its only a few seconds walk to both. Inside the property it was very comfortable and very clean & neat. Now that we are familiar with the area and the property we will be coming back to this property with our three children in the Summer.

So So Nice! Really; this place is Nice
This rental was so nice that my family felt like we wanted to keep extra good care of it. Some places we stayed before just felt like the owners did not care. This one though, you can tell the owners put a lot of time into it.
My wife and Kids loved the location because its so close to the boardwalk and beach. I hope we can stay here again next year.
