Amazing location, excellent communication, great accommodation - all as advertised. The host was available on the phone when contacted, tv and wifi avaliable as well as kitchen facilities.
There is space for four people, and bedding and towels were in abundance.
More kitchen staff could be made available: plates and cups, scissors.
There is a washing machine but appeared to be out of order (I couldn't get the doors to shut) and no facility to dry (unless the washing machine has a dryer - again, may be the case, I may have missed). I did not ask, though, so that's on me.
Also, walls are paper thin and neighbours were quite noisy, especially in the evenings but not overly so. All in all, I'd definitely go back.

Self check-in and check out was comfortable. Place was rather clean. Affordable cost. Quiet in the night. Close dstance to city center. Nice fountain nearby. Bed was comfortable. Fridge in the room was very useful.
There were no hooks nor shelves in the shared bathroom - so you don't have place to put your clothes, towels or other bathroom equipment. No mirror in the room, and no trash bin in the room. The stairs in the corridor were creaking - but I guess it is difficult to do smth with eat as building is quite old.
