Close proximity to the train station so very easy to get around Interlaken and jungfrau region
Very noisy with school children before and after school they must start very early in the morning as screaming started at 7am. I guess we were unlucky with the position of our room and I like to have fresh air and have the window open

Closeness to Interlaken West, easy walkability to the town but still felt private, small but cozy
It was hot! Haha. Luckily outside it cooled down at night and we were able to open the windows for some relief. However in peak summer I can see this being a big issue for people.

Location and public transport access
1. The room was extremely small, almost like a “pigeon hole,” and the bed corners frequently caused knee bumps.
2. The trash bins were not emptied during our stay and remained until checkout.
3. The fan was not working properly and did not provide adequate cooling.
4. There is no lift in the property, and guests are required to carry luggage up a narrow spiral staircase, which is very inconvenient.
6. The washing machine had a strong mechanical oil smell.
