The apartment was spacious and very clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Most importantly, the management team, were exceptional! Led by Winpet, each staff member were very responsive, and made genuine efforts to ensure all requests were satisfied.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly food good plenty on your plate for the money the only complain I would say i had was I had to clean the shower also the mattress could be doing with being changed otherwise fantastic would come back again

Overall, our stay was average. The apartment was in a great location, with a mini shop downstairs and plenty of restaurants, cafés and places to eat and drink nearby. The building also had a pool and gym, which was a nice bonus.
The room itself was nice and reasonably spacious, and the stove worked ok.
However, there were several areas that could have been better maintained.
The bathroom needed a more thorough clean, particularly around the fan, shower head and other areas where there was visible black mould. The toilet brush provided was also quite filthy, so we purchased a new one ourselves.
There were also some maintenance issues outside. The broken/leaking pipes would occasionally cause water to come down when someone in another room was showering, leaving the backyard area flooded. The outdoor tiles were quite dirty, and there was algae-like build-up and mould behind the washing machine. We ended up purchasing a mop and brush and cleaning the outdoor area ourselves on several occasions.
The bed frame was too small for the mattress, and the blanket provided was quite small, so we purchased a slightly larger one. The wardrobe doors were also difficult to open.
Another area that needs improvement is communication. Initially, some of the information provided was unclear, and there were details and requests that were not clearly outlined on the website. More accurate and comprehensive information upfront would make the experience much easier for guests.
