Very green and lush property! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive 💛 The guesthouse has several floors, with a shared kitchen and common lounge area. Our room also had a private terrace. Room was clean and looked exactly like it did in the photos. All the toiletries were provided. I’d especially like to mention the very comfortable mattress - we slept really well and had a great, restful night.
The location is perfect, not far from the Citadel, on a quiet street, with a great vegetarian café nearby. There are also several coffee shops within walking distance.
Host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel after checking out, so we could continue sightseeing in comfort
One small note: an insect flew into our room, so it’s better to keep the windows closed. The host immediately came to help and provided us with insect repellent spray.
This is simply one of the realities of traveling in Asia and is not something the hotel can control. It didn’t affect our overall experience at all.

This is a true gem! Right in the heart of the old town, we really enjoyed our stay on this beautiful property. The hosting family was super kind and helpful, the room spacious and with good air-con and nice garden views. When we arrived, we immediately considered staying for another night, but unfortunately we had to travel on…but if we come back to Hue, we will definitely stay here again!
We also really appreciated the neighbourhood,which felt more local and authentic than what we saw of the other side of the river, despite being so close to the imperial citadel - the main attraction we wanted to see. Additionally, we found a lot of amazing vegetarian street food and proper restaurants near by (try Hoa Đăng Vegetarian!!), nice coffee shops (we really loved Lacy House) and even a karaoke bar where we were enjoying some beers with the regulars…so it’s the perfect base to explore Hue!

Clean, quiet homestay. Perfect for us for one night. Only about 1 mile from the gates of the imperial palace. Owner is very friendly and accommodating.
