Absolutely pathetic.

They cancelled my booking two days before my visit, and did not even reply. On msgs they said that they did not cancel my booking, and I can visit and pay on site. But when I went on site, there was no reception counter. There was no staff. It was an automatic by emain check in. So we were misinformed that the booking was not cancelled. On the spot, I had to book another accomodation in 3 times the extra price. I had a pathetic experience.

Sometimes it's worth paying more..

The room looked very good, it was well located in Chorzow. The bathroom is very beautiful.

Not enough light/no light in the room and in the building, the entrance is filled with garbage everywhere. Sometimes there was no hot water, the bathroom sink clogged up all the time and the entrance code was changed in the middle of our stay without informing us resulting in us having to call the hotline.

Disgusting treatment and I want a refund and compensation

Nothing

I arrived on time and waited 20 minutes before I was told that there was no room for me as they had over booked - the thieves have got my money

Lokalizacja, łazienka była czysta, jasna. Lodówka i czajnik w pokoju.

Oświetlenie - było za ciemno

Cisza, mimo, że to niemal ściśle centrum miasta. Sam obiekt dobrze utrzymany, zadbany, napewno do powtórzenia.

Niestety wystąpił mały zgrzyt z ogarnięciem przygotowania obiektu przed udostępnieniem. Zostało to jednak możliwie szybko naprawione i jeśli obsługa teraz to czyta to bardzo ją pozdrawiam.

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny

Zapadający się materac w łóżku, który powinien być dawno wymieniony na nowy
