Location was excellent. Rooms fine. Pool nice.
You can get nicer rooms for this price in Chiang Mai. We also found it quite noisy at night.

The staff were super kind and allowed us to check in really early as we had just come off an overnight bus.
This was just a one night stay for us and so was perfect, however I think I would have struggled if it was for longer.
It was great for the price so I can't really complain.
The flooring id just polished concrete so easy to slip when it has been raining and the mats to wipe feet were wet.
The room was quite small with not a lit if space to have luggage for 3 people, myself and 2 teens.
The lighting was very stark.
My room with pool view/ access was a little noise with guests still using the pool.
But hobestly this hotel for the price was just what we needed for one night and they kept my luggage safe for 20 Bhatt a piece overnight while we visited the elephant sanctuary.

Amazing location, walkable to the night markets and bustling centre but not too noisy. Facilities were very clean and the pool was gorgeous - (was a salt pool not chlorine). Pool towels provided and shower facilities if you arrive early or late you can still use the pool and shower after it.
Staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Passage ways lead to the open stair case and being concrete floors it can be quite loud when other guests dont respect the quiet time after 10pm.
