Very spacious. Centrally located, next to the lake and close to many restaurants and things to see.
Exceptional view from the appartment and in particular from the rooftop.
Well well equipped kitchen with high quality kitchen appliances: stove top, dish washer, oven, steam oven from V-Zug.
Daily cleaning service.
Extremely responsive contact person (James).
A few more chairs would be helpful, like in the hallway/entrance area and in the bedrooms.
Due to the central location next to the lake, there is a lot of traffic on the cantonal road that passes between the building and the lake. On the other hand, as the appartment is on the 5th floor, we did not hear much noise during the night.

Everything was perfect. Had an excellent stay. The apartment and its location is wonderful.
Everything was perfect. Just a few guidance notes on how to use appliances would have been useful as everycountry has different models/electrical settings. We had to google a lot of things :)

Wonderful location. Great views.
Apartment 2A Washing machine leaked water all over the floor. Shower in laundry/bathroom badly designed. Light in apartment 2B didn’t work. Water spilled out onto floor in both apartments 2A and 2B. Floors flooded. very bad as had to mop up. Don’t expect this in premier apartment. No wardrobes or drawers in apartment 2B so had nowhere to put anything. Very inconvenient. Power trip switch in apartment 2B kept getting tripped so we had to vacate. Couldn’t turn off tv in apartment 2B main bedroom so had to put towels over the careen so I could get to sleep. No long mirrors anywhere.
